LiveAgent offers chat software for a one time fee. We sell chat software on a 3/6/12 month subscription. After interacting with visitors we found that a few of our visitors prefer paying a $90 one time fee compared with the $14.95/3 months which we charge. Hence, we decided to capitalize on this untapped market and offer LiveAgent as an option for those visitors. We earn 50% of our income from affiliate commissions selling this software.

2.) Is this your application? If so does the new buyer get all rights to the software? If this is not your application whose application are you reselling?

The application is owned by us and all the rights for the software will be transferred to the buyer. In fact, we will transfer the existing server to the buyer with all the files.
