In the Adsnese TOS is states that you wil not be paid if you have any outstanding balance with Adwords. I do have an outstanding balance with AW, but it is not near the limit which is set until they deduct from my checking ($200). Does that mean I will have to wait til the next month? I suuuuuupppose that by the time It is time to send out AS payments, I will be at or over the $200 AW limit, but in any case, whats the deal? Anybody know if there is a way in which you can just move funds from one column (adsense proceeds) to the other (adwords balance)? Thanks.
