That sounds like an interesting system, however I"d be concerned based upon your proposed niches. The Adult/Pharm niches are all a "pretty bad neighborhood" according to Google, and if you end up getting niches from nasty doorway pages that google decides to ban then you're looking at possibly causing more harm to your site than doing nothing at all. I don't like the idea of not having control over link acceptance. Just my thoughts.
