    Hi Folks,

I am selling a few of my sites at the moment over at Sitepoint.com

The first is my poker site www.costadelpoker.com which produced over $105,000 in revenues in last year. Time has come to sell up as I have newer and bigger projects on the horizon.

    The Sitepoint auction is here:

As this is a major sale, please place your bids at sitepoint rather than here. Feel free to make any questions regarding the sale here though!

    thanks

How much will the renewal cost? Is this legal for US citizens to run?

    Hi Phillychzsteak,

it is legal for a US citizen to run, we do not offer gaming to US citizens however. (hence why it is legal for a US citizen to own :) )

The renewal cost is nothing, there is no need to pay a renewal fee, the buy in is a one time charge when starting with the network, HOWEVER the terms will be re-negotiated and the network which currently shares bonus costs will no longer do so. This change was effective late last year but I negotiated to share the costs until the end of my contract.

I was able to do so as we are such a large partner within the network.

    thanks,

    MOG

Just a question - if you have $105,000 in revenue, why are you selling it for a max of $120,000?
Or was the $105,000 net profit, and the network took 35%?
