    stick to text ads...text ads have higher CTR...

    site looks good...simple but nice...

    I'd suggest putting a 468X60 banner or a large rectangle add directly under where it says

    The skyscraper on the right seems useless.

    Besides my first suggestion, I would also suggest placing an add either before or after the first post... the best format for this in my view would be 468X60

    Your CTR should definitely improve with these tips
