Hostgator down?

Didn't know where else to post this but I can't access hostgator.com or neither of the domains hosted with them.

Anyone else encoutering this problem? I'd buzz the hell out of their live chat but can't even get on their site!

Really? That's strange - I've restarted/ re-connected to the internet and all other sites are working.

Yeah, your sites are not loading.

Now I'm happier because I know I'm not the only one. I'm thinking it's parts of Europe only? socail.stud are you in US?

 

I'm in the US, and a couple of my sites appear to be down as well. I can ping the IP's, but that's about it.

I'm in Canada and hostgator is down for me to. I have 30 sites on them and they are all down.

 

Down have 1 dedicated and 2 semi dedicated servers, all of them are down.

Hostagor.com itself is down.

 

Something strange happens not only with hostgator

some servers already down now the question is "are the 12 backbone servers going into split?"

Just tracert em in cmd if all goes down we loose internet connection 4 already down

Correct me if I'm wrong but hostgator uses the planet and theplanet doesn't work for me either.

That's really strange, I hope this gets fixed asap.

 

I can see it two, the A server (198.41.0.4) has connection problems, the H (128.63.2.53), G (192.112.36.4), D (128.8.10.90) and E (192.203.230.10) servers are totally unreachable... what is going on? are the backbone DNS's being DDoS-ed or what?, Im freaking out here...

My provider is RDS, a romanian ISP with direct peering to the EURONIX, to verisign, to tiscali and to the ripe... is anyone from any other provider experiencing the same thing??

 

Im in europe and my hostgator server is down too :< Im sad now.

 

One of my sites is on Hostgator and it's coming up fine.
