Adding a Banner/Logo to YouTube

How can I include my own Banner/Logo on YouTube like these two users are doing?

The banners are the "airboyd" and the "EUTube European Commission" right above the orange "Subscribe" botton.

Those banners also have a link to their profile and thus can significantly increase traffic, specially if you have a link to your site there.

I looked all around and could not find a way to add it.

Does anyone know how to include that banner?

You need to be a Partner of Youtube
Propose them a good content and you will be able to became partner

This is what YouTube says about Partners:

"Our Partner Program is a revenue-sharing program that allows creators and producers of original content to earn money from their videos on YouTube. I usually use VidLogo to add watermark into my video.

 

Hello: Some Banners are great but also can be a problem. But I think it is best to get a pro to set it up for. "That way you save time and a lot of mistakes.

 

I have a website which is performing well. But I am thinking to go on youtube . I am selling holidays. any ideas what video should I make which grabs attention?

 

I don't understand it very clearly. So if someone clicks on my video do I have to pay for that? so it's like PPC?

 

You need to join their partnership program to do something like that. It's not something everyone can do.
