CPM Publisher program, low minimum payout by PayPal

Good day,

I would like to offer any publisher with a good US traffic a CPM program.

CPM can vary from 0.4-0.6usd (depends on CTR)
Payout by PayPal with a minimum of 15usd.

No Porn, gambling, warez, adult websites are allowed.

Forums allowed

Please PM me with:
The website that will publish ads
Traffic statistics
Your PayPal email

 

I just want to know whats with these "PM ME" for more information, there is a thread in the affiliate forums that says this is not allowed, I would think they would apply it here as well.

I understand you want to make funds via a referral link after you PM them, but come on just let us all know by posting it here.

 

I don't understand either. If I'd rip off your referer id, I could well do it with the link you sent through pm. Or If I want to stick to it, I'll click and keep it from a public message too.

There are no referral links!
The script I am using has NO REGISTRATION FORM atm and that is why I asked you to pm me if you would be interesting in publishing my advertisement.

Please do not apply with sites with low traffic. Minimum 150k Alexa rank.

Maybe you need to make a submission/application form on the site. That would be a good start I guess, but anyway, good luck with this.
