I'm looking for someone that can work on flash banners for us, i have an example that i can send on request. Very simple animation, regular work, maybe 2-5 banners a week. I need someone thats reliable, any let downs and we wont work with you. If your international, you must use msn... If your in the UK, even better... Payment via paypal everytime. Please reply or pm with quotes, best quotes will be shortlisted and first banner will need to be free to test your skills, after that, you can expect regular work from us.
doesn't sound right, I can show you the banner before you pay and you only pay if you like it. So why should it be free? What if you take it and never call again? This is not the way we do business, we show you a watermarked demo, you approve that and then pay for it. If you're ok with that then I am in, otherwise I am not interested.
I'm not bothered if you put a watermark all over it, i just don't want people wasting my time, so i ask to see the final banner before making payment... been there, done that & got stung So thats why i ask... but a watermark is fine.
