iPhone Site - Lots of revenue

here are some analytics screenshots. I used to update the site when I first started it and it got quite a bit of traffic (see July). Then I stopped updating it in August and the traffic began to decrease. Now it gets around 100 uniques a day. Here is a pic of the analytics on the site, i can get more screenshots if needed.

Adsense: I have made over $1000 from the site since I started it in January of last year. Here of screenshots of the adsense when it was updated (July), when I only updated a bit (August), no regular updates (December).

I am selling because I still have no time to update this site, and I have kind of lost interest. I am in need of a bit of money to buy a new lens for my camera for a trip I am going on next month, so that is also partly why I have decided to sell. Also, the site is powered by wordpress and I can configure it with the auto-blog plugin for you if you want automated content. I would recommend writing your own though.
Finally, I have no problem helping your transfer the site, the wordpress db and the forum db over to your server.
