[SALE] Weblog/Directory/Promo Site for Sale PR4/5/6

I'm really in need of some quick cash to pay for some of my photography needs right now. Listed below is what is for sale.

I am selling the domain RSSplanet.com. What comes with the domain? I have 3 subdomains hosted on it -- www.rssplanet.com doesn't have anything on it right now. This sale also includes content on all 3 of the subdomains (with MySQL databases). The following are on the domain:

Overview: This is a blog that I write about Google sometimes. I rarely post, but it has about 5 RSS readers right now. It gets decent traffic right now. It has a PR6 because I wrote some pretty useful articles. I haven't put adsense or done any advertising on it because I did it more for fun and I wasn't interested in making money off of it. It has a very customized theme. I hacked a couple of the core files in Wordpress to get it looking the way it is right now as well.

I ran out of time and only got a little bit of it developed. It has a lot of customized portions of Wordpress as well though. I haven't put adsense on any of these sites or done anything with advertising really. I've done all the marketing the sites, but I haven't really wanted to pursue it any further to advertise on them that much.

I'm looking for offers over $1000 for the domain for a couple reasons. One, it's a premium domain name that is right in the heard of the RSS industry and could be used for anything and be successful. Two, the pagerank and the development done on the themes and marketing done for all the 3 fo the subdomains. There is a BIN of $2100. Please feel free to PM me with any questions. Ive seen this for sale a few times before..why is the main domain content free?

 

Because I never chose to put anything on it. I only used the subdomains on the actual domain. I had plans of developing it into a full-pledged RSS feed planet, but I haven't had time and instead in the mean time, I used the subdomains because I liked the premium domain name so much.

Ok, last BIN lower ever. I'm willing to sell this site for $1200, you get a PR4, a PR5, and a PR6, all with traffic and link sales from the directory. PM with questions or offers. I have had a couple conversions with the promos site as well.

Interesting. This is one of those sites that's interesting but I don't quite know what to do with. PR6, p45 and pr4, not bad. Don't see to many pr6's out there anymore.

 

I'm open to offers. I've had a few offers, but they were a bit low for my liking. It's a strong PR5 resource directory which I did the link building for already and am still doing, a nice promo site, and a PR6 blog -- which rarely gets updated once in a while, but still holds it's viewers and links in tact.
