Microsoft SharePoint email handler (URGENT, will give you high bonus!)

I urgently need an event handler for Microsoft SharePoint 2007 that handles incoming e-mail using the:

SPEmailEventReceiver.EmailReceived Method(Microsoft.SharePoint)

It needs to get information from the e-mail body and place it on a SharePoint Task list.

The handler needs to get all mails send to a specific tasklist (with email address) and need to get the body tekst and place them in columns.
