This was a 14-month old static HTML site with about 7 pages, that I've only recently converted to WordPress, with many new features. The old PR3/2 pages are being 301 redirected to their new counterparts, so there won't be any loss of PR or search rankings (the PR may not yet show up on the new internal pages). It has several original content articles, as well as auto-updated posts. Great niche! The site is PR3.

Already has 20 pages (13 new ones) indexed in Google. About 318 backlinks in Yahoo, many from quality and authoritative sites.

High SERPs for many relevant key phrases.

Adsense and Amazon affiliate programs are used on this website, but I'm not tracking income.
