Alright. I have had requests on my post (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=672370) on how to do a NON-Adult membership site. While you can do this with a vbull as well (I have an anime site), I prefer to do it as stated below. While very similar to my adult example, there are some differnces in how you market, processors, and where you get your content, etc. I expanded on this because people have seen me post this, and want more detail, so here you go. 1. Register your business at county clerk ($15-25) 2. Go to bank and get a business bank account (min. deposit $50-100) 3. Buy content. Or find it. Everyone likes to tell me you can find it all over the web for free. So have at it. Find a vendor who licenses, or someone who has massive archives. Saving you a lot of time and trouble. 4. Get a CMS script. You can have these done by a php guru around here, or go to rentacoder.com, or getafreelancer.com. You will get quotes from people $500-1500 approx. You will want to pick someone with a lot of reviews, similar projects, and good ratings. You will want to build in affiliate, and ad space. As well as a simple auto search, sort, and thumb features. Make it as simple as possible for you. 5. Get processing through Verotel (my preference. others are out there). 6. Make a membership, or paysite. (It doesn't have to be fancy, just load fast, and function). My first one(s) were all done by hand. Content was in a 'secure' directory on server. Your host can set this up for you. 7. Promote it using some adult TGP gal submits, as well make some mini celeb (or whatever) sites. Put them on different hosting accounts (c-block, ip related), preferably with a different company. A virtual host should be fine. (Chameleon Submitter $29 mo. TGP submits). 8. Find other link trades (optional) outside of your mini celeb (or whatever) network. This is why you make small mini sites that are clean. Link baiting and trading. 9. Get an LLC once you start making money ($350-500) 10. Update every day, 12-24 celebrities (or whatevers). You can get pictures anywhere, or you can repeat step #3. Rinse, wash, repeat #7 four to seven times a week. This is a very quick and simple way to get started. There are points I am leaving out (SEO title tags, affiliate sales, cross linking, networks, different niches beyond anime and celeb, why you should be and LLC, and so forth), but this is a basic road map. Do not be a cheapskate on your hosting! It is the foundation you build on. Obviously, if you need more help in picking out content to what's good, getting started, SEO, links, help on galleries, rendering videos, cropping pictures, and other things. THAT is why you pay me my mentoring fee. Otherwise, you have the basics above, and Google in the upper right hand corner (Firefox) to do the searching yourself and be cheap. I included a nice guide for you that gives you a basic schematic to doing it. Good luck ace.
