It's not possible to de-indexing. You can have it on all type of video script because you are getting millions of videos and millions of page and google doesn't like them and duplicate content. I have something in my mind i will share it with you

I need a YouTube clone type of site, but I also need it so that people can download the video onto their computer in .wmv file. Is it possible?

 

I can do clone type of youtube i can also make youtube downloader but i don't have knowledge how to convert it into wmv. I think it's a server side thing.

you could do it, but you would have to first bring the file onto your server to do the conversion from flv to wmv (and the quality would still suck)

but i don't think you want to deal with the copyright issues of having the video files on YOUR server.
