    Traffic sources:
    Hundreds of them. Mostly back links from other blogs/gaming forums + some social networks

    The content is 100% unique, so people like it.

    Revenues:

    I've pulled the AFF ads from the main page that were making $50 per day, as I want to experiment with Adsense.

    Adsense brings in around $20 per day.

    Reason I made this thread is that I'm usually excited about web projects in their START UP stage. This one is up and running, so I'm slowly loosing interest to it.

    Generally 6-10 times monthly revenue. But if the new owner needs a lot of effort to keep it going (i.e. writing new content) it will be closer to 6 times monthly revenue.

    Unique content and hard work :) I also know the niche VERY well, that helped with a lot of backlinks.

    But damn, as I said - I'm more interested in the start up phases of projects, not the milking n such.

    How ever much people are willing to pay at the end of the day.

    If you have 10 people saying it's worth $10k, and the one with the money ready to buy is willing to pay $4k, that's how much it's worth.

    Depending on what people think they can do with it it's probably worth 4-10 months revenue

    It's your decision, depends how much time it's taking, how other projects you have compare money wise etc.

    Just remember the work that you put in to get it there, as that's effectively what your selling.

    $3k seems reasonable though
