.me domains?

I've been reading that .me domains will soon be available for purchase. Does anyone know how we can purchase them and how much it can cost? Ive been looking on the http://www.nic.me/eng/e_index.php website, however it's hard to understand what are the requirements to purchase a .me domain.

Are Canadians allowed to purchase them?
When are they available?

I believe .me will be available to anyone, anywhere in the world.

i think that. they're saying that .me domains are reserved only for legal entities. :|

a .me domain would be really good, but i think we could buy it only from EuroDNS or something like that.

 

good domains are always not easy to get. Just as who.is, blog.it...

 

it's for everybody and Godaddy will manage the .me extension.

Is there a tool for domain snatching somewhere that people use to register a new domain once the LTD is released ?

That's some good information. I wonder when they'll be available to the public!

 

What they mean is that the top level domain ".me" will be unavailable to normal people. But the second level domains like .org.me will be.
