It was working fine on Original owners Dedicated Server. But I moved onto my Dreamhost.
Dreamhost allow only 100 email out per hours. Then I moved to my vps but My vps have to be rebooted even just for web traffic & email is chocked. So it didn’t work there either. I sent the mail out twice manually. Which you can see the traffic jump twice.

Am trying it on a shared host Now but am not advanced enough in PHP Mysql or Apache to make it work with my any. If you can work on those good, Otherwise Just email list is worth good to its cost , Most subscribes are from US as they replied on two mails which proxies work or not in their states or colleges.
Both massproxy.info and massproxy.com domains are included. List is Good only email is Chocked on my host.

Some dedicated or colo server can send out this email in hour or less but with dremhost I have to limit the speed to 100 per hour, keep my pc on and it took 55 hours for 5500 email. But as you can see traffic almost doubled and earning jumped from $6-15 to $25-38 range
recently a proxy newsletter of 3500 people was sold for $700 this is 5000 plus people
