    Americans can travel a lot farther, without leaving the country, than most people can. There is so much to see and do within the US, that many people don't travel outside. And it's cheaper and easier NOT to travel internationally.

    In the last year, I have only been to Canada. In my lifetime, I have only been to Canada and a few Caribbean islands...
