    here is the details
    http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=71011&ctx=sibling

surely google dont want ppl to make easy money
with easy video content and seo based traffic+cash generating sites

i m sure they will start to de-index auto video sites and blogs

this kind of video sites are they after
    http://www.youtubesense.com/
and php auto video type scripts.. which main purpose is to create video sites with youtube video and moneytize using adsense

becareful guys.. you might loose your adsense account with niche video sites

it has ALWAYS been against the adsense/youtube tos to do this, they just didn't enforce it.

google made a grey line again, if somebody who loves videos very much and he makes a blog with adsense and regularly put a list of yt videos he likes, what will google do? ban his adsense?
they even made yt api, what is it used for? just a demo of their developers' skills?

This is a good time to setup a video site and take advantage of google’s policy change.

This is absolutley crazy, google own youtube, and adsense, why would it be in their interest to ban video sites using adsense? I guess the fact could be that google want relevent, quality content only showing up in their search engine, so someone who makes a site which consists of 100% embedded youtube videos on a particular niche, is something that is deemed crap....so what does that make youtube then? The arguement of for and against could go on forever, but at the end of the day it's not going to stop niche video site owners change to another service such as adbrite or something similar, slowly google is losing it's grip of users i think....

One a final note, we all know that adsense is dead anyway......

I keep posting this all over the place lol. This part of the tos was created a while ago and people just now have seem to find it. Anyways this part of their tos is outdated and is in the process of being updated by google. Here is what a google rep said over on their developer forums

That quote can be found here

I've also emailed them and they told me the same thing as posted in the thread above. Please see the other thread for more details.

adsense and youtube are from the same company

if anyone them find you are violating their rules

it will work all the same incase you have adsense account which you are using youtube videos..

this is the begining of the situation..
