Looking To Make My Site More Attractive Any Advice?

I currently own www.guaranteedadclicks.com I do not like the look of the site and want your opinion..... this is a busy site but I really think it needs to be improved and I would like as much advice as possible...

Eek that is pretty bad.
Change the size of the type face ASAP.
Try and reduce the amount of 'in your face' colours, such as the harsh yellow highlights.
The banners at the bottom look in a jumble, can they be put in any kind of size order?

First, good luck with your site!

As for it's looks...

1. I'd suggest picking no more than two colors to play with. You could go with more but only so long as they are shades of one of the colors. I count at least 5 different colors going on. That adds to the busy look.

2. You've got to get things aligned... e.g. the News and the Google ads.

3. You've got to organize the different elements. Put text in one place, links on another, banners in another....etc...etc... The eye doesn't know what to look at cuz the layout is kinda jumbled.

With a site like that I believe you need to start again. How hard would it be to put that information into a new template. The current site is way too busy to hold the average we surfer's attention for one nano second. Ans that's how long you have to get them in.
