Can I Sell A PR5 Website For $1 down - Neighbourhood.ws

I am in the middle of trying to redesign my PR5 real estate website neighbourhood.ws. The problem is I am trying to sell it because i keep getting offers for it.

The question is can I sell while I'm redeveloping and should that influence the ending purchase price?

I was thinking I could sell for $1 down, and full payment required after redesign is complete.

I would ask for 50% down and 50% upon completion and transfer.

This way you can sell it to someone who you know will pay for all of it, and you can probably get a higher price for it. Anyone can put a dollar down. 50% shows that there is genuine interest in it.

thanks, I think that makes more sense. but do you think that 50% down may scare off potential buyers.
