    Hey everyone. I'm trying to sell one of my sites because frankly, I need the money for an investing opportunity.

    The site URL is www.dodgechallenger08.com - and it is only about a month old.

    However, within this past month, I've put out 15 blog posts, just pretty much explaining any Dodge Challenger news that I've heard.

    The Challenger isn't released until February 6th, so traffic will probably jump to between 1,500 and 2,000 a month at least after this car is shown to the world.

    The key to this blog is updating it. You have to keep updating the blog to keep getting traffic. It's got some trust in Google, and after I make a blog post, I submit it to Digg. It is then indexed within Google within an hour!

    I have never sold a link on the blog, I've only made 3 link exchanges.

    I've made $41 in Adsense since the inception of the site. About half of that was when I got a bunch of uniques sent to the home page. I haven't monetized the site as much as possible (put a 250x250 Adsense in the article pages instead of a 468x60 and I'm sure I'd see more money).

    Visit Length (when I first got the site it was about 90% less than 5 seconds. However, my content is high quality so my users are staying longer!)
