Just a final update, this auction ends in about 4 hours and 30 minutes, the BIN has been lowered to $55 so this is for me a loss actually since the content itself is worth a lot more.

It is a very good deal, the site is getting very good search engine traffic and the keywords can be easily monetized with affiliate links.
