    If they were willing to dish out about $2K instead of $20 I may consider moving to one of those countries:)

    Hopefully it's not too far behind in the US. I would have made a couple hundred extra bucks last week alone.

    I think it has to do more with them wanting to expand in those markets and getting the advertiser numbers up, something that isn't likely as big of a priority in US/UK/Canada.

    I thought the same thing. I'm sure plentyof people sign up in the US/UK/Canada every day...no real need for an affiliate program.

    One can hope though:D

    This can be right.

    The other cause can maybe be, that they will first test it, before it comes to a big audience.
    Testing land Germany ;)
