Hi I've successfully managed to get ads showing on the main part of my site (its in html) and validated as per the message below: Ads appear to be live on your site (as of 2004-12-16). Validate/Calculate Weight Now I have 2 questions: 1. Although the site has 3k pages indexed in Google I don't seem to have any weight. The site is about 2 months old and does not show PR in the google toolbar. Is the problem that there is no PR showing or something else? 2. My site is divided into a number of sections in seperate folders. The pages are all linked via a site map and other links. I will be adding the code to the pages in these folders over the next couple of days. Will I need to register them seperately or will they be picked up automatically? Sorry if these are silly questions but you know how it is when you try something new - Despite looking you miss the bleeding obvious Thanks Richard
What's the URL? The weight is determined by number of pages....the number of pages is determined by the Google API, which is usually different and much less than what Google's web site returns.
I've signed up to the network with my new site last week which has 0 PR, and I've weight, plus I already started seeing backlinks. So it shouldn't be the case.
I've dicovevered that you have to have all pages listed in google with the code on so I have now added the code to the pages in the other files and uploaded them. I now have a weight. Thanks for your input Richard
