Smartpriced Help: Getting 1-2 Cent Clicks

I run some proxies which are only getting 1-2 cent clicks. How can I get rid of this? It seems to be smartpriced. I tried filtering some of the ads today and will see if that helps. Any other proxy owners have this problem? Should I try another network like widgetbucks?

Thanks for helping even without knowing the URL :).

Once they find you the site will be hit every time. They just keep making new sites and you run out of urls to filter.

I tried filtering sites every few days ran out of sites allowed to filter. Some topics just get smart priced all the time.

Let say I'm getting 100 clicks (low-paying Adsense ads - averaging 2 cents/click) for my Piano Playing website and
10 clicks (high-paying Adsense ads - averaging $1/click) for my Personal Finance website.

The above is almost an actual representation of my earnings.

Will my Adsense account perform much better if I were to dump my Piano Playing website?

    Not true.

Smart pricing occurs when your site doesn't convert well for AdWord publishers.

A simpler way to understand it:

Smart pricing is when an advertiser pays 0.10 per click and google only gives you 0.01

Anyone able to help though? What should I change?

Yes my site has almost no foreign traffic, is smartpricing by account or by site? Seems to be by account in my case.

Try another ppc publishing program. You have nothing to loose.

Are you using proxies as well? I want to keep trying adsense since I seem to be having this problem with a lot of sites and want to learn how to fix it.

What you can do is pre-qualify traffic.

You may find by limiting your Google ads to visitors who click at least once or twice into your website, earnings might increase (impressions will decrease but you'll be pre-filtering a lot of unsuitable traffic).
