    Hey guys,

    I am selling a couple of months old South Park streaming video site. It has every episode and season out at the minute, so really you just need to promote the site to get it going. Most of the content is serped and is on Google.

    Reason for selling is because I don't have enough time anymore and really honestly have to focus more on my school work instead of websites at the this time of the year.

    It gets around 100 visits per day, some popular searches on Google like some episodes names etc. Basically everything is set up for you, bit of SEO here and there.. all you have to do is promote and promote!

    Its all popular on some South Park top sites, enjoy.

    Can you give us what is the cost involved for running for eg web hosting costs and maintenance costs as well as how many hours a week you need to spend doing maintenance?

    The site is not hard to maintain at all, you have to change some videos from time to time incase they have been took down or just broken.

    Yes you can put Google Ads on the site as long as you put it on pages without the pages where you have the video, this is where you could link out to the video. I have checked for AdSense about this for you's, its okay.

    All you have to do is put Google Adsense on the pages where the videos aren't, well if you were to put google Adsense on the site I suggest you link out to were the videos are being hosted, then you can put Google Ads anywhere on the site.

    Its just standard hosting payment, I have it on my reseller, nothing extreme you need. You should only worry about this if you are getting over 5 figure traffic per day. Whenever I started I only put about 5 hours max to this website through some sites and it dramatically grew with word.

    I'm not sure if I will sell the database separately.
