PR3 Arcade for sale, $75 adsense in dec, good traffic

The Arcade World is for sale, link in my sig, earnt $75 in december, on $11 so far in jan. Will try and get stats up by tommorow, gets very good SE traffic, good member base.

I custom designed the site which runs on PHPAS alot of work has gone into this site but I need money quick, my hosting account expires tomorrow so I am looking to make a sale by then, bascially the new owner will take over the hosting account at liquidnet but will have to renew the hosting plan straight away ($50 per year).

Here the previuos listing I had on sitepoint for it: http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplace/auction/16841 the bidding got to $900 which was just below my reserve. Please check this link for full year traffic stats etc. Domain registered at 1and1.

This is an established arcade that constantly rises in traffic and in Google, it is roughly 18 month old. I am looking for a very quick \ no hassle sale here and willing to let it go very cheap (I haven't got the money to renew the hosting plan or place it at auction again on sitepoint).

I need to clear a few things up (I like to be honest) - Just checked the Adsense and it seems it earnt $48.93 in dec not $75 as stated in the title (I didn't channel the data last time and my other sites income was showing, yes my fault sorry)

Just to clear up - the domain is reg at 1and1, if there are any transfer fees I will pay them, please note domain transfers from 1and1 can take up to 48hrs in my experience (I think it helps if you have a 1and1 account).

The hosting is at liquidnet which has been spot on for this site and has never had downtime or caused me any problems, the account expires on the 15th of Jan.

I will basically hand over the hosting login details to the buyer when the payment clears in my paypal and start the transfer of the domain.

If anyone has an higher offer than $400 and can pay today via paypal please let me know asap.
