We will pay out all members before the new owner takes the website. The new owner will not have any expenses. A PTC website isn't easy to run, especially when you're running it alone like I am. I just don't have time to do it all myself and just want to get rid of it.

In the admin panel, there is a section called "Payment Requests" where it shows all the current members requesting payment. When the person who purchases the site takes control of the site, he/she will see that section is empty.
