Is there a possible way to know if a site has been banned from adsense?

I guess a lot of sites are being putting ON SALE after a ban from adsense...

Maybe after buying a cheap banned domain, you can switch domain and ip an go on...

    Uhmm...very interesting...

Site in mention only shows public ads, using this tool...not sure what this mean...site is elitezone dot org

I know main reason webmasters put on sale is because something is going wrong...

I also checked couple of sites with this tool.. There is slight issue I can see here. If the site/domain has never listed any google ads in its lifetime, its also showing public ad.

But with the banned domain, no ads show-- not even PSAs. True?

edit: if I were serious about a purchase, I'd ask the seller to put my adblock on the site for testing; that way you can be sure.

when google bans a publisher it does not ban the sites where the ads were displayed. you can buy such a domain and your ads will appear fine. I have bought domains where the original publisher was banned but I wrote to google to confirm if these domains were banned from adsense, they told me that the domains were not banned.
the important thing to note is that google bans publishers not sites

When you get banned, do they go by the EIN, the contact name, the company name, or what? Anybody know? Our company has a handful of sites on our list that were gonna all be monetized with AS, but we got banned as soon as the first one opened up. Am I gonna have to form another Corporation for the next sites, or just go ahead and submit them?

I think they use all of those criteria mentioned, so it seems you will have to form another Corporation with a different address.
