gmail is down?

    is it just me or gmail have some serious problems, the site is not loading :confused: :eek:


    update: it's ok now, was just a temporary problem.. :)

    hey! it was not working I swear..
    I couldn't login for few minutes...can you imagine what can happen if all your mail got deleted and you have no access to it, what would you do?
    Wouldn't you be in panic? :eek:

    here it goes again, don't tell me you can't see this

    Well. I have used GMail for a few months now as my main mail, and I feel secure about it even if it is not reachable from time to time. It's really nothing to worry about.

    Yeah. Not likely at all. IF they did, it would be the screwup of the year, and I don't think they would take the chance on that.

    Yesterday there was loads of problems with Google where I am in the Uk.
    I couldn't get on any site that had adsense on it,couldn't get on any of the Google pages (com,co.uk etc) or GMail.The biggest period for me was about 3 hours in the afternoon but it was on and off all day.Really wierd...

    I'm in the UK aswell, and I didn't have any problems. It did log me out once, but thats nothing big I suppose. It was working all afternoon which was the main thing.

    Google was (maybe still is) having major server problems. At one point they were down to only a small handful of servers (they usually hav eover 200,000 from what ive heard) I think the problems have been fixed though

    At some point, for few minutes, all the google servers were down here.. I couldn't read my email, check adsense stats or even use the search in FF.. it was pretty scare.. you know when you start to think is there life after google? :eek:
