Well mate you have several sources. Among them I would wholeheartedly recommend leaseweb (many torrent sites use them and they are very reliable), vectoral (amazing speeds and you shouldn't have any problems. I know several who use them for seed boxes (uploading of torrents). Also in the states I would recommend Layeredtech as many use their services for torrents. Its probably has more seed boxes than UPS does boxes. Also head of a company in Malaysia (where I guess filesharing is not illegal) called shinjuri i believe you can google that and get right spelling.

Shinjiru is the WORST host i have ever been with.
You can not get more than 200kps transfers from their server to ANYWHERE in the world.
I get more than 200kps from my home ADSL line.(to compare my server in Amsterdam does between 6-8mbps transfer when downloading RPM's and such things)

When you question them about it they tell you that they can get 2mbps from their offices in Malaysia.... so everything is "fine" and "normal", when you start to press them a little about the fact that they are the slowest provider on earth, they get really angry and rude and hostile and start saying that you should have tested them before going with them and that it's all your fault. They clearly admit that 200kps is the MOST you will ever get from their network from outside Malaysia. This is the quote that sticks out in my mind. "Sir Everything is fine here, your customers in Malaysia will be seeing your sites fine and they will load fast for your customers in Malaysia"... meaning anyone outside Malaysia to them is unimportant.

Then when you try and cancel they try and take some fee out to punish you for leaving.

Forget about Shinjiru.com, BAD HOSTING COMPANY. Horrible hostile and rude support.
