In your pool of advertisments - for each ad you choose the "Weight" Someone please explain how this works. I assume a '1' means top priority - so if you ahve 3 ads, the ad with 1 will get shown more then 2 - but I would like a better explanation...
Its the other way round - 5 is top weight - 1 is bottom all ads at 5 will get the same weight each as all at 1 1 ad at 5 and 1 ad at 1 - the one at 5 will get substantially more showings than the one at 1 etc
any percentages between the numbers? i.e. Out of every 100 impressions a 5 gets ____ impressions a 4 gets ____ impressions etc....
I thinks it's like this: Say you have 3 ads. Ad A - Weight 1 Ad B - Weight 1 Ad C - Weight 3 Total individual Weight: 5 A gets shown 1 out of 5 times. B gets shown 1 out of 5 times. C gets shown 3 out of 5 times. So it's in 'internal' fractal determining priority.
You must have been bored yesterday digging through 3 month old posts. You are correct. It is now 15 and that is the best amount of weight. I believe this was changed after people asked for a little more control over the percentages.
So if I have 5 ads, and each one is set to 1, then each ad gets shown the same amount of times, right?
