If I bought a website banned by Google AdSense, what can I do?

How can I know a website was banned by Google AdSense? If I already bought a website banned by Google adSense, can I place any AdSense ad in the future if I explain it to Google? Anyone have the same experience?

Well, you can either do the way IndianIdoL suggested, or alternatively, forget about this domain. Chances are, Google would have already black-listed this site somewhere.

If you did buy a banned site and YOU are a publisher that has no problems, e-mail Google and show them proof you are the new owner/etc.

It'll get unbanned and you can use your AdSense code.

Do u mean that even if I send Google a email and explain everything, Google still not allow AdSense ad to be shown in this site in the future?

definetely ask google. if you manage to explain that you've bought the domain and you want to change the content entirely to follow the guildelines from Google TOS maybe they would unban it.

I think you should keep your money from buying those kind of websites. I have just searched along the internet but I could not find the case where you bought a ads disabled site and successfully re-enabled in your hand.
