I am selling two sites:

1) www.emoblue.info
Running on php link directory 2.0 with customized template from http://www.web-designers-directory.org/phpLD-template.php and few mods instaled:random links, contact us page and featured links with alexa thumbs.
Currently directory has 349 links in 52 categories, around 60 from that are reciprocal.
PR:6 (since pagerank update still isn't finished you might not see it on toolbar but check out here ), subpages are pr4(153 indexed in google)
Site is old: about 3 months
Earnings: Previous owner sold 4 featured links per 5$ per year and I sold 4 featured for 12$ per year before pr update started. Since site has a lot of empty spots for sale(sitewide, featured and regular) please don't multiply montly earnings by 10 to get value of the site
Traffic: January 433 uniques, 2826 pageviews
February(so far) 814 uniques, 3307 pageviews
Traffic is mostly from forums I visit, 20% from other sites(toplists etc.) and 10% from search engines(mostly google)
Why am I selling: Need money for last year students trip to Spain

Wallpaper site with quality only wallpapers on Firefox theme runing on coperrmine gallery script and directory runing on site-sift directory script. Template for gallery is hardly customised default template and directory is customized to look same as gallery.
Domain: Domin is premium, since firefox becomes more and more popular everyday(imagine that you own windowswallpapers.com). Also domain is Dmoz listed.

PR:4 on homepage, 5 for 1st level subpages and 6 for directory

Guys, dont take BIN prices as top values of sites. I placed BIN for both sites to 1400$ for quick sale. Do the math with selling text links compared to sites prices.

 

What kind of money does www.firefoxwallpapers.com currently make? (if any)

 

Made few bucks with adsense, but I think some cpm program would be much better option. Also selling links on high pr pages is good source for earnings, but I didn't want to sell links because I want to leave that for buyer.
Also, joining co-op or selling co-op adspace is option to earn money(850 pages indexed in google)

Price for single pr6 page link per month is 15$ minimum and for pr6 sitewide link should be more. Since I have two pr6 directories with 17-18 free sitewide link spots monthly revenue should be 15$x35 link spots=525$ plus selling featured links. Simply selling links for 3 months will get 1600+
1400$ for both sites is placed for quick sale, but I would be crazy to sell below. If nobody offer that price I will find somebody to do text link brokering for me and give him 6 month's plan link spots so both of us will earn 1600$ and I will keep sites.
My only reason for not doing this myself is because I want to stop doing this and gat back to exams.

What are you talking about? All sites have backlinks and every pr is real. All tools show the same result. Please, learn some things first and after that ask questions.
