The title pretty much says it all, but I'll copy it here anyway :)

    1. How do I know if my ad is activated?
    2. How to rent weight?

Also, it says account not yet activated, does that mean I need to wait till I'm approved..?

    thanks :D

You don't get any weight/ads in rotation until your site validates.

You can't rent weight (see TOS).

For renting, you have to pass these two tests...

    ok, thanks.
I didn't put any code yet, but I'd like to rent some weight, I have no idea how it works yet, so I'll probably start with a small weight..

If it says account not yet activated, is it because no one has approved my ads yet, or because I don't have any weight and don't run any ads to be validated..?

Also where can read about how the weight renting process works and how is it transfered etc..?

You can't rent weight. You can rent advertising space on a site, but as soon as you mention the ad network or "weight", the site will be banned.

Are these quotes still correct at all??! I've been posting them when people make posts about renting out co-op space.

Some people don't have any weight or can't use the co-op, so they use some one elses account to advertise there site, and it might be a little hard to make a post asking to advertise on some one elses account with out mentioning the co-op, if they want to advertise through the co-op.

    how exactly does it go?
You buy some coop wei.. I mean advertising space on someone else's account and how does he transfer the weight to you? Will he use this option: Bind to Master Account or something else?

btw, nino, what's an average price for weight/ad space or whatever...?

He doesn't transfer anything because you can't sell/buy/rent weight.

I'm a bit confused now...
Can I rent adspace with the weight generated by a certain site or not?

Michael, I think Shawn's already said No to your question a few times. You can NOT buy/sell/rent out weight. Kapish?

You can buy advertising on a website, like on mine (see signature). But, if I try and sell my co-op weight, my site will be banned. Hope that's clear.

dfsweb, I'm not sure you got it right either...

Anyways from what I understand I can rent a site, or advertising space on that site and run my coop ads on it.

You can purchase advertising space on a site to run co-op ads on, but as soon as you start buying/selling/renting weight all parties involved will be booted/banned from the ad network.

I think that is the process he is trying to discover!
