    Hello Amit here. I just check your demo ... are were good. yet i have a slightly different but pretty easy requirement. I need to get designed web directory with fine CSS tableless designs xhtml 1.0 transitional. I give you an example (though need slightly better banner than this) is www.iLawSites.com. this is almost 99% table less design and quite SEO friendly(h1,h2)tags. I will provide you paid images from fotolia.com whether 2 or 3 or more as you like. I need to get designed only 2 pages for a single directory. first home page and second link page template which can be different than home page e.g. discountonlineshops.net

    My requirements in brief:

    1. need one travel directory, one real estate directory, one finance directory get designed.

    2. 2 pages designed for each site. one home page and another is link page.

    3. should be well designed CSS based pages. no tables please.

    4. you can select images from fotolia for an excellent professional design for each directory.

    5. consider basic seo rules in mind . use list tags, h1 , h2 ,h3 ,h4 tags in a proper stream.

    The latest sample ware an template monster template that we edited(client used my recommended reseller of template monster templates and chose one that we then edited)(he paid like 10-20% less for the template, as my friend is an affiliate or something like that on Tm, let me know if you need anything like that)
