LOL... Ok For First Three, If Package one then 6 submissions extra means 28 and for Second Package 10 Submissions Extra Means 50 Submissions in Total. Also, I have Mentioned that whoever order 3 will get 1st package free for 4th site and for first three guys this is after 2 orders 1 First Package is Free!

Email is not a problem. You can use anyone and for as much sites as you want...

It will take 3 hours after the payment for 50 submissions.(3 hours coz of holidays)

Though... No one guarantee inclusion but I wanna tell you that in the directories we submit are not those who take months to approve or not like dmoz in which approval chance is 5%. So I can't guarantee but you should relax as in more than 75% sites your site is gonna approved for sure.
