Its hosted with OSHQ.com (Only Super High Quality). You don't get your own dedicated server, but I think they do own a couple of servers for their clients.

The host features are listed above, under Hosting, and they are guarenteeing around 99.9% uptime. I, of course, can not guarentee this as I do not run the company, but they are.

Templates are all free templates that are available freely on the web. You can provide your own, but if it requires a logo you must provide it or add $5 extra for a custom built logo by a respected graphic artist on this forum.

any benchmark or any reviews guys?

proxy bussiness need a damn good and fast server, its the key to the success, so behalf of it, I would like to ask about server specifications, connection to internet, which provider etc..

and is this company just a reseller?
