    Lynda.com is a great resource in this regard... You'll have to pay for it though. But I highly recommend getting a yearly subscription with them because then you'll have access to all their tutorials.

    You can also check out books at amazon.com. Judging by your location, I'm not sure amazon can ship to you though.

    I'm sure there's a lot of free resources all over the internet. Just google something like "learn php free" or "free php course" and you should be looking at more useful material than you need.

    (If you knew how to get stuff through torrent sites, you'd already have mastered php by now ;) I'm not advocating illegal downloading though)

    if you want to learn php/mysql the use 3 things
    1. w3schools.com (for learning)
    2. dreamweaver (for programming)
    3. wampserver (as webserver if using windows)

    w3schools.com is best and no1 website for learing php/mysql/javascript/css/xhtml
