Adsense Search Box - more hits?

    If you add the Adsense Search Box to your site with Google and your own domain search selected.

    Does this encourage Google to spider your site for content to display in your search results for your site?

    my answer is no. google will search your site based on pages that they indexed.

    You are all pointing to "No" but Google Search results for a new site are not going to be comprehensive then! Yet this is not in Google's interest if they wish to show more "adverts" on the named site.
