    I'm sorry I need to correct the statement I made in the original post and it is too late to edit. The site currently has 31,800 pages indexed at Google not 37,800.

    Currently there is about 21 uniques a day. It has had about 1448 in the last 2-3 months.

    Yes you can make changes very easily to the site (especially the template) via the admin area.

    Also here is the traffic stats for the site. I never tracked the revenue, so please don't even ask...

    The script is locked to a domain, but I do have a certain amount of these scripts available to me that I can include in the purchase as long as it is purchased at the BIN of $150. I will include two additional scripts (for specific domains) if someone buys this at $150.
