Shareit.com issue!

I have an issue woth shareit.com payment processor and i would like to ask you if you have any suggestions what to do in my case.

Shareit closed my account on June 12th because mt site was not what they allow in their TOS. Ok I understand that. They said that I will ger the payment after 6 months.

Now I'm writing emails to their stull if I will get the payment now when the time passed but after 10 emails I don't get any response from them. I really don't know what I should do.

I can't find any of their telephone number where I could reach them. The company I locatd in germany...

what did you sold on your website?

 

I've been selling licences to accessing software for adult websites. that's not alowed there. So they blocked my account and they're holding my finds around $2000 for 6 months. Now this 6 months is over and they have to transfer the funds to my account, but they don't response to my emails.

 

That a huge amount I think they will not give it.. Unless they have a kind heart..

did you try to call them? Maybe calling their customer support is the best way to contact them.

 

Can't find their telephone number anywhere.

New update on that issue of mine. Shareit tells me in an email that my account is empty with no money on it undoe I have all the emails of processed $2000 on it.

What can I do? Are there any legal ways I can go?
I want the money taken from me!

 

They could have refunded all your customers since you broke their AUP.

 

Shareit will never reply you, we are using shareit since 2 months, we have mor than USD 20000 with them, our account is open, still we are not getting any reply from them, We have sent them more than 20 emails in last seven days. They are complete Fraud.

 

Shareit is a big scam. We have written 100 email and have not received any reply, however if we write any queries other than payment issues, we get reply immediately. Seems they will never pay us our HARD EARNED MONEY.

 

i would request all the shareit.com victims to join hands together ...
we should all combine and devise some strategy to give them a lesson.. this way we can not only save more new vendors from there fraud website and lose there hard earned money but we can also stop them form doing business.. we can contact the domain register and webhosting companies and tell them that its a fraud website.. we can also contact some legal firms too and hire a lawer who can help us to get our money back...
