    Hi I'm Foxy I'm a little older than Shawn but have programmed on and off in a number of formats.

    We run a number of Lifestyle sites so we tend to be very time conscious and commercial about SEO

    Our aim is to do everything around Good Food, Good Drink, Good Company and Good Times
