It seems Yahoo guys are in a denial about this problem. How can they not see that obvious problem? How can we all be wrong?

Hello,
Thank you for writing to Yahoo! News.
We sincerely apologize for this issue you are having within your Yahoo!
group. After investigating your report, we unfortunately were unable to
replicate the issue you have described.
The problem may have been caused by our system, by your web browser, or
a problem on the Internet between your ISP and us. Whatever the case, we
apologize for any inconvenience that it has caused.
The following is a list of general troubleshooting tips.
1) Deleting cookies: A cookie, also known as a "Temporary Internet
File", is a small piece of information generated by a Web server and
stored in your computer for future access. These cookies can help
identify who you are.
To delete cookies from your computer:
* Make sure you close all your browsers
* Click the "Start" button
* Click on "Settings"
* Select "Control Panel"
* Double-click the file "Internet Options"; a new window will open
"Internet Properties"
* Make sure the "General" tab is selected
* Under "Temporary Internet Files", click on the "Delete Files" button
* A confirmation window will pop open, click on "OK"
* After your Temporary Internet Files have been deleted, click on "OK"
to close the "Internet Properties" window
2) Clearing Cache: It is necessary at times to clear your browser's
cache. The "cache" is the memory your browser uses to store images of
the web pages that you visit.
Netscape:
* From the "Edit" pop-down menu, pick "Preferences"
* Click on "Advanced", then click on "Cache"
* Click "Clear Memory Cache" button, then click the "OK" button
* Click "Clear Disk Cache" button, then click the "OK" button
Explorer:
* On the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options". The Internet Options
dialog box displayed below appears.
* On the "Temporary Internet Files" panel, click the "Delete Files"
button.
* On the "History" panel, click the "Clear History" button.
* It may take a couple minutes for the cache to clear. Be patient. Click
"OK" and reload the page you want to view in a refreshed form.
* You may have to use the "Refresh" button one or two more times to view
the edited file.
3) Netscape or Internet Explorer: If all else fails, you may want to try
using a different browser. If you are using Netscape, try using Internet
Explorer or vice versa.
Netscape:

Internet Explorer:
- http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/
If you continue to experience this issue please reply back to us as soon
as possible and include any additional details and/or errors that you
are experiencing. With this info we'd be happy to investigate this issue
further.
We appreciate your reporting this to us -- your input helps us to
identify ways to constantly maintain and improve our service. We are
always striving to keep Yahoo! Groups as the best online community on
the planet to stay in touch with friends, family, and millions of other
users with the same ideas and interests!
Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! News.
