Moneybookers locked my account

Everyone who have deal wth me, read it, i need ur help.
Today morning i have notice, that my a\c is locked. After i send them scans of my docs, they answer me:

"Thank you for your prompt response.
In oreder to complete our security procedure we have requested documents from all users that
have transfered money to your account or received funds from you.
As soon as they completeour requirements we will contact you with our decision.
Thank you fro your time and cooperation. "

Please check ur a\c, and do what they ask u to do.

 

I really can't believe that Moneybookers done something like that.
So if these users doesn't send the IDs you won't get the money?

i cant understand why they did it, i have received one payment today, from member, that i knew before.

 

But what exactly is the issue that they locked your account , its strange that they have not told you exactly.

 

damm....same shit of paypal now started happening in Mb also...

 

They haven't told the reason yet, i'm trying to get it all day.. No answer!

 

MB locked my account for second time a month+ ago but after I called them they told me there is an issue with a guy (they told me the email) and asked me about relations with him. I told them every thing and my account was unlocked next morning.

That's strange they are doing this now. :S

 

What did u tell them about ur relationship with those guy? Have they refund those money? I'm trying to call them, but there no one answer, just autoreply.

 

You would need to call them tomorrow as their office timing is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

No they didn't ask for any information (just one guy's information and I supplied them) and they didn't refund any money, just unlocked my account, that's it.

 

i have just called them, and they tell me nothing.. I haven't got the reason, the suppurt girl told me that she will write me a messege at e-mail

 

they closed your account for no reason, feeling sorry about you

 

they do not close your account for no reason, "Exchangemen" that user name gives a hint does it not?

 

First, why do u think they closed my a\c? And how do they know my name at DP, LOL?? Even if they know, that i "exchangemen"(lol), is that the reason to stole my money and close a\c?

 

do you really think they can not tell when you are involved in money exchanges? are you telling me that paypal and MB and EG do not pass on info about fraud to each other?

lol, do u know how many users in each Payment, like PP, MB or EG? Do u think no one did exchange? Do u think i'm so stupid to wrote in subject "for exchange"? lol EG never forbidden exchanging.. PP and MB never exchanged info between their.. And for sure, the Name that i used for MB wasnt the same as at my PP.

Today my moneybookers account is locked due to your payment i received and i just checked my history that last week i received $44 MB from some other DP members from same MB account what you use to send me money now.
so i think that you used hacked account to send all MB.
Now i am finding that who send me $44 last week to my MB account (and definitely that is not you).
