Looking to hire freelance programmer, could be long term!

I am looking to do some things in the very near future.
I would need quotes on a couple things

1) a billing system
with paypal and e-gold intergration with support tickets, billing, and a bit to edit gameservers, a list of which products they have when they first login such as

Supreme webhosting 200mb $3/month
Crysis Gameserver 16 slot $16/month
Teamspeak server 10 slot $10/month

There should be more things in that, but i would have to think.

It should also have an admin panel.

Once again, more details and images if you think you are up for the job.

2) A gameserver webpanel
A gameserver webpanel for people who buy dedicated gameservers from my new company. The gameserver should have a list of the following:

-Server Settings
--Nameserver config
--Server config
--IP settings
---Add IP
---View IP
---Delete IP
--Reseller Settings
-Hosting Account
--Setup Hosting
--Setup Reseller
--Add packages
--Delete packages
--List accounts
--Delete accounts
-Gameserver Settings
--Setup gameserver
--Add games
--View games
--Delete games
--Manage gameservers
-Upgrade Settings
--Upgrade LogiPanel
--Upgrade PHP
--Upgrade MYSQL
--Upgrade components
--Upgrade kernal OS (which will be centOS)
-Restart Services
--Restart mysql
--Restart SSH
--Restart POP3
--Restart server
(and all the rest for it)

This would be a server panel similiar to cPanel and WHM.



I would be designing this and giving you more ideas on what i want.

Please note: they must be no flaws whatsoever, especially in gaming server panel. The gaming server must also have licensing meaning i would need another script purchased from you for setting up licenses on the panel site.

So you want this to actually show whats on the live game server you are renting? Is there an easy way to pull this or we have to implement it from scratch.

 

This is gonna be root in a server panel,

When they click setup gameserver, it will show them the following:

Slots:
Game:
Contact Details:

etc.

And for add games,
they have to upload the gameserver files given from the game.

Sort of like the gameserver addon for cPanel.

View games is when they see which games they have on there server


These projects will be from scratch

 

Got an offer for $250 for the billing system VIA PM. He has shown me a demo of the admin side of an script he has done before and i am impressed.

Still open to offer's for both projects.

 

I'm interested in both projects.

-I have strong skills and expriences working with custom management and paypal system.
-I also have the ideas to make your website work most effective.

The projects are for me i believe.
