Taking offers on a Lyrics site with nearly 500,000 lyrics (This site is unique)

Hi there..

I'm the owner of www.lyriSync.com and am interested in selling it.

The next 3 months could be the most essential months for me to either make/break my life - hence I'm suspending most of my internet activities till I'm through with my examinations.

A little intro to the site.
1) Its running a one-domain-use license of the script called lyricing.
This license costs $100. (If you buy it from its mother site, it will cost you $100)

2) The site is basically one where you can read the lyrics of a song, and watch its video (If available) at the same time, on the same page. (This is a unique concept, and no one's ever done this before..)
This is the site's Unique selling proposition (USP) as no one's ever done this before..

3) The site runs off a CMS (Content Management System) called Lyricing.
This comes with a backend administration panel that can let you tweak stuff on the site (Ad/Remove/Modify lyrics,advertisements) etc etc. Click here to see what the backend's homepage looks like.

4) Whats the site all about?
Well, its a website where a user can go and watch a song's music video (If available) and read its lyrics (simultaneously)
This is the site's Unique selling proposition (USP) as no one's ever done this before..

5) As of now, this site is hosted at a slow server, so it will appear really slowly, but if your server is fast, the speed will improve tenfold.

6) Now, you must be wondering about the fixed costs of this site per month... The only cost will be -> Bandwidth costs..(Under $20)
Well, they're not really that much. (Why? -> Because your site hardly uses any bandwidth, as the videos are not hosted on your site. ->For that matter, you will NEVER invite any legal problems)

7) Maintainance of the site
Now, THIS is where the CMS's intelligence comes into play......
There are two ways of doing this.

• Via the Backend (You'll need admin details for this) - Screenshot here
• Members can load their lyrics onto the website. (But, to avoid spamming, this will have to be validated by the Admin before it shows on the website) - Screenshot here (Thats how a person sends the lyrics for approval, and the next image shows how the administrator approves/disapproves it)
  You'll get alerted in your admin panel next time you login ... It'll say Unapproved lyrics - Screenshot here

8) Age of the site ? (Less than 30 days...yes, its a fresh one) - Its been with me.. for that long now...but
like I mentioned above, I have had absolutely no time on my hands to maintain a site, hence I've not been able to promote it at all..

9) Traffic? Revenue? --> None, YET. Although, its receiving 10-20 UVs daily Click here for screenshots
If optimised properly, and advertised nicely, this site can make you THOUSANDS a month.
The smart CMS helps you position advertisements wherever you want them.
(This can be changed in the Admin panel as well)
I've installed Adsense into the site day before yesterday...and (without any promotion) I've got the these statistics there..

10) What comes with the site?
------> Domain name (Very apt for the concept that I am trying to sell here)
------> Unique Template (Will cost you atleast $100, if bought separately)
------> Script License ($50)
------> Database with almost 500,000 lyrics (Yes, half a million)
------> Unique idea (NO ONE has EVER done this before - be the first to do it)
Well, www.kovideo.net does have something similar, but I feel that lyriSync captures the concept in a better way.
------> A NEW LOGO IS BEING WORKED ON.. IT SHOULD BE FINISHED SOON.

11) I'm sure most of us here have heard of YouTube.com.
YouTube.com was started off on a really minuscule scale and was run for a few months before its true potential was realised by google (Who eventually bought it)
Before its acquisition, YouTube made thousands, just doing something unique, something no one had done before..(at least on that scale).
What I'm trying to get at here, is, that you too, can do something like them with this revolutionary idea, and earn a lot.

A few link exchanges on high PR sites, a few newsletters, and you're off... sit back and see your earnings pour in..

11) Is this Adsense safe -> Yes it is....and why should'nt it be? (You're doing nothing illegal here)

12) The domain is registered at GoDaddy.com and can be pushed to your account for free.
