Need Help to cash out paypal account

    I have 1 non verified US Paypal account( sending limit 0) with $40, 4 non verified Australian paypal account( limited service) with Aus$ 20 each.
    for those who can cash out it, i will give 15%

    For the US account you can add VCC and then cash out from there but for the limited account you need to submit docs to make it verified.

    Why is it that you are not verified? If you don't have a credit card you can get verified by an international debit card. They are safe (Visa, Mastercard...) and easy to get.
